Section 5 – Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay before each billing cycle. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

• Social Media Account Access
• Website Access (If Applicable)
• Timely Content Approval

Section 7 – Revision Policy

Two free revisions are included per design. Additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on the scope of work.

Section 8 – Advertising Budget

Meta Ads Management may be included depending on the selected package. The advertising budget is paid separately by the Client.

Section 9 – Confidentiality

Both HYPE OPZ and the Client agree to keep confidential all business information, documents, login credentials and project details shared during the project.

Section 10 – Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 15 days written notice. Completed work and payments already made are non-refundable.

Section 11 – Limitation of Liability

HYPE OPZ shall not be responsible for:

• Social Media Algorithm Changes
• Platform Downtime
• Account Suspension caused by Client Actions
• Guaranteed Sales or Leads
• Guaranteed Search Engine Rankings

Section 12 – Intellectual Property

Ownership of the final approved creative work transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received. HYPE OPZ reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client agrees to review and approve all creative designs, captions, advertisements and marketing materials before publishing. Any delay in approval may affect the project timeline.
