1. Advance Payments
All advance payments made for digital marketing, branding, website development, social media management, or other services are generally non-refundable once the project has started.
2. Monthly Services
Monthly service fees cover planning, content creation, account management and ongoing support. Payments already made for an active month are not refundable.
3. Website Development
Once website design or development has commenced, payments made are non-refundable due to the time, effort and resources invested.
4. Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has begun, HYPE OPZ reserves the right to retain payments for work already completed.
5. Client Delays
Delays caused by the client in providing content, approvals or required information do not qualify for any refund.
6. Exceptional Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed individually. If approved, the refund amount will be determined solely at the discretion of HYPE OPZ.
