3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content, approvals and timely feedback. Delays in communication or content submission may affect project timelines.
4. Payments
Payments must be made according to the agreed quotation or service agreement. Work may begin only after the required advance payment has been received.
5. Intellectual Property
Final approved work becomes the client's property only after full payment has been completed. HYPE OPZ retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions
Revision limits depend on the selected package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
HYPE OPZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, business losses or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Services involving Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or other third-party platforms are subject to their respective policies and terms of service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
10. Changes to Terms
HYPE OPZ reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
